Teaching Staff

At Prairie Valley Christian School, our teachers are committed to partnering with families to provide Christ-centered education, spiritual mentorship, and individualized academic support. Our small-school environment allows students to be known personally, encouraged daily, and guided toward the purpose God has for their lives.

Meet Our Team

Roger Hayes, Senior Pastor

Roger Hayes serves as Senior Pastor at PVC. He has been married to Tiffany since 2011, and together they have three daughters: Thea, Lydia, and Trinity.

Roger dedicated his life to Jesus in eighth grade and sensed a call to ministry in tenth grade, which he later reconfirmed during his undergraduate studies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Akron and a Master of Divinity from Ashland Theological Seminary.

Roger has served in ministry for many years as a UMC pastor, house church planter, ordained pastor with Impact Ministries International, and Assemblies of God pastor. He has served in pastoral leadership, discipleship, mentoring, preaching, and premarital counseling, and has planted and led churches in Ohio and Wisconsin.

Outside of ministry, Roger has owned several businesses and worked with UW–Madison for nine years. His passion is helping people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live out their calling.
